Terms of Service

Bookings & payment

All charters and expeditions are confirmed by written quote. A deposit confirms your booking, with the balance payable as set out in your quote. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment options are provided with your quote.

Weather & safety decisions

The captain may modify routes, timings or activities, or cancel a trip, where weather or sea conditions make the plan unsafe. Where we cancel for safety, we will reschedule to the next available date or agree a fair alternative with you. Safety decisions are final.

Guest cancellations & changes

Cancellation and rescheduling terms for your trip are stated in your quote before you confirm. We always prefer to move dates rather than cancel, subject to availability.

On board

Guests must follow crew instructions at all times, wear provided safety equipment when asked, and disclose any medical conditions relevant to time at sea. Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult. We fish within Maldivian law: protected species are never targeted, and certain sport species are released.

Liability & insurance

Sea travel and water activities carry inherent risks. We maintain full safety equipment and licensed crew on every trip; guests participate at their own responsibility and are strongly advised to hold travel insurance covering boat travel and water activities.
